About Me

I am a fun-loving Mum of two, Stuart and Jemma. Born in Lancashire, I lived in Devon then moved to the Isle of Wight in 1977. I taught for 25 years at a local school, then four years ago, unfortunately developed ME and Fibromyalgia. This however has not dampened my optimistic outlook or positive viewpoint on life. I love the sunshine and, much like reptiles (this is the only thing I have in common with them!) I charge my battery from the sun so in the Winter I'm...(*shiver* Sorry. I don't like to think about Winter!) I have a wonderful African Grey Parrot called George who is a true friend.
